Football season is here, and because I am a huge Steelers fan, people are asking me how I feel about the team trading Antonio Brown. My thoughts: like in any other organization, one person can hinder the culture from thriving.
Here at Service Express, we have a no prima donna rule. To be successful, no one can put themselves ahead of the organization. People with an ego can kill the culture, and once you do that, your organization will come down with it.
Make sure your organization is full of team players who check their egos at the door for the betterment of the company.
