Service Express’ company Vision—to “work with employees to achieve their personal, professional and financial goals”—has both inspired us and helped us grow over the years. Our managers work hard to build strong relationships with employees so that they can discover their goals through scheduled “Vision Talks” and then go to work to help them achieve those goals. We want our employees to achieve their personal, professional and financial goals because of their employer, not despite it. I believe our steady company growth has been made possible because we invest intentionally in our employees’ goals.
In the past I have had the opportunity to talk about a direct result of Service Express’ “Vision Talks” strategy at one of our Mid-Year Business Plan presentation. Our office opening in Denver, CO, was made possible by the power of goal-sharing.
