It’s that time of year again. Young adults are graduating from high school and college and starting the next chapter of their lives. For those newly entering the workforce, I’d love to give two pieces of career advice
The first one is “Run toward the problems.” That’s where the opportunity lies and that’s where you’ll make a name for yourself.
The second is “Be patient.” Model your career after a baseball player’s trajectory—and make sure you are aiming to hit 300.
