Are you self-reflective?

Seeing where your strengths are and your downfalls are essential to personal and professional growth. None of us have all of the answers.

Are you coachable?

The only way you are coachable is if you’re self reflective. Do you look in the mirror, do you look at your performance, do you look at how you behave and are you willing to change? 

Are you a great teammate? 

I’ve said before, I have a no prima donna rule. It’s about being a part of something that’s bigger than yourself. We all need to work together to be stronger. 

Can we trust you?

Integrity is paramount. This doesn’t mean you can’t make mistakes, but they can’t be mistakes around lying and integrity. Your teammates have to be able to trust you.

I’ve found that if someone possesses all of these qualities, they tend to be a top performer no matter their position. Having one of these qualities and not the other just doesn’t work. These qualities indicate a well-rounded teammate for us at Service Express.
