Jesus came in expecting to interview for a position within our production lab, but after learning more about his unique skill set and education, SEI gave him the opportunity to pursue his passion in programming. His story is just one example of SEI’s employee-focused culture.  Our focus on hiring the right people, professional growth and developing an employee’s talents is at the core of our success.

Our unique 6-step interview process includes an in-depth “ride-along” where the candidate is given a true picture of a “day in the life” of an SEI employee in a relevant position of interest. This allows a candidate to “test drive” a position, becoming familiar with the day-to-day responsibilities, getting a clear picture of expectations in the role and helping determine if SEI is the right career fit for them personally and professionally. In Jesus’ case, it also allowed SEI to learn about the potential for him to excel in an alternate role.
