Giving Thanks & Gratitude

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! 

It’s that time of year to step back, reflect and think of all the blessings in our lives. For me, 2023 has been filled with many challenges. There have been opportunities to learn and grow personally and professionally, and for that, I’m thankful. Attacking those challenges makes us better leaders and better outside of work. 

As I’ve shared, some of my favorite times at work are solving interesting problems with talented people. I’m blessed to be surrounded by talented people inside and outside Service Express. I learn and grow the most when surrounded by smart and talented people who challenge me to improve every day. 

I’m thankful for all of you who listen to my weekly videos. I’m surprised and pleased when I hear from people who listen and get value from my blogs. I enjoy sharing leadership thoughts, whether winning, losing, or growing through failure. I hope to add value and resonate with others by sharing my experiences and points of view.

Sometimes, we feel like we’ve got it and can move forward in a great spot, and other times, we struggle and need to learn from it. I don’t have all the answers; we’re all in this together! I’m grateful for the platform I have to share and for those who listen and share back. I love any time I can hear from you. What works for you? What lessons have you learned? The more we share, the more we can grow together. 

I’m thankful for the great people I have in my life. At Service Express, I’m surrounded by tremendous people, and I feel so blessed to be a part of that team. I’m thankful for all my friends and family who challenge me and hold me accountable for growth in every life facet.
