You’ve taken the time to explain the why, you’ve had your strategy meetings with the extra 30 minutes added to the back end, and now you’re ready to execute. Or are you?
I have one more step that I find extremely beneficial in the decision-making process: the follow-up meeting.
This meeting is held to circle back around and make sure everyone is on the same page after they’ve had time to digest the initial information or after they’ve shared it with their team, who have questions.
