Help People, Help People.

The saying “Help People, Help People.” was created by our Supply Chain Director, Cody, who often uses this phrase to encourage his team to go above and beyond to help others. This motto ties in with one of my frequently used quotes, “You can get whatever you want in life if you help people get what they want.” By encouraging others, you’re helping them achieve their goals!

At Service Express, we look forward to opening our doors to companies who are looking to learn and grow. We often share our unique structures and processes, hoping to help each other improve. When we take the time to explain our practices to others, we often discover new ways to develop. As motivational speaker Zig Ziglar often says,

You can get everything in life you want,
if you will just help enough other people get what they want.

As you begin to teach others, you will improve at what you do. I had a strong foundation in sales knowledge before I joined the team at Service Express as a Sales Manager. When it was time to start training my team, I discovered that my skills were rapidly evolving alongside them. When leading by example, your technique must be on point. During those five years, I grew as a sales professional because I was coaching others while teaching myself.

Coaching others creates value every time I talk about our processes at Service Express. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t jot down a few notes with ideas on how to improve our systems. When you help people, you end up helping yourself.

Stepping away from our projects and taking the time to help others is how we’ve built our award-winning culture. I encourage you to look for opportunities to help others and share your best practices.

Remember always to ask yourself, “What can I do to help other people today?”
