Happy Thanksgiving!
This time of year is always a good moment to stop, pause, reflect and think about all the things I’m thankful for and all the blessings I’ve been given.
First and foremost, I’m thankful for my family. They support me in everything I do — my wife, my kids, my mom and dad, my sister and everyone else. I’m so grateful for all of them and for the time I get to spend with them around Thanksgiving and through the holiday season.
At Service Express, I’m also deeply thankful for our people. I’m surrounded by talented, dedicated, hardworking and incredibly smart individuals. I’m inspired and motivated by them every day. Watching them do what they’re great at pushes me to be the best I can be for them. Thank you to all our people at Service Express. You are the heartbeat of this company. You’re at the top of the flywheel and people-powered all the way through. Thank you.
To our customers — thank you. We are truly grateful to serve you. Without you, we don’t have a business. The great people I just talked about are focused every day on giving you the best experience possible when working with Service Express. We don’t just want to be your best IT service provider; we want to be the best partner you work with, period. That’s always our goal. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
To our vendors and partners — thank you for working with us. We strive to be the best partner we can be and to provide a great experience in everything we do. You help us on that journey, and we’re thankful for all you do.
Finally, I’m thankful for the journey ahead. There will always be challenges, and within those challenges, there will be opportunities. And yes, there will be failures, too, but if we play it right, those failures can lead to great success. That’s usually how it works. I’m ready to embrace it all: challenges, opportunities and growth. I look forward to learning and growing together with everyone at Service Express and with all of you.
