Create A Culture of Committed Action

Create a culture of committed action. What does this mean? It’s a culture where people do what they say they will do. They set and meet their deadlines, align their KPIs to the desired outcomes, review them consistently and adjust accordingly. Committed action means you’ll learn from your losses, fail forward and celebrate the wins. That last part is important; don’t forget to celebrate the wins.
