When Hiring, Only a “Yes!” Means Yes

People selection is the biggest factor that contributes to the success or failure of a company. So how can you ensure you are making the right choice in the hiring process?

After going through numerous recruiting cycles over the years, I can say from experience that the best thing you can do to avoid a bad choice during that process is to set a high bar and have three statuses for all interviewees: No, maybe and yes. And only yes means yes.
